Welcome to the Anyway Foundation

The Anyway Foundation is a licensed 501-c3 whose mission is to help the less fortunate.

Founded by Ray Shackleford, an American and 3 time Purple Heart recipient; Ray likes to help people and simply ‘give-back’ out of his appreciation for a blessed and fortunate life.

Ray who spends his time between Oregon and Cebu Philippines made his first visit to Cambodia in 1994. He befriended “Mr. Elephant” and immediately built a strong bond which has lead to many beautiful philanthropic developments in Cambodia.

Countless Projects Completed

All our projects use the local villagers for the construction work, and we always give training so that the project keeps working. We also re-visit the villages to deliver fresh supplies and maintain the on going projects.
